Hallo, wir fänden es mehr als gut ;) wenn man bei dem Kalender eine Art "leichtes" HR tool integrieren könnte: Konkret heißt das eine Funktion in der man Uraubstage (steuern +freigeben, Resttage automatisch berchnet werden etc.) sowie Krankheitstage (mit ohne Attest), HomeOffice Tage, Messetermin etc. festhallten könnte und Übersicht über seine Mittarbeiter und Kollegen hat und eine bessser Plaung vornehemen könnte. Leider müsste man sonst wieder ein neues Tool benutzen.

Projects App: Anhänge im Briefing Sheet
Dort sollten Anhänge wie pdfs möglich sein, die dort zur Verfügung gestellt werden können.
Tasks App: Recurring tasks
It would be cool to set a task as "recurring" because some of them must be done every day, week, month or even on a more individual interval.
Tasks App: Multi-Assignable Tasks
Currently TeamGrid supports having multiple users track time on a task, but not at the same time. For example we try to record time spent in a planning meeting for a customer. However we have to make a task for each person if we want to have an accurate representation in TeamGrid of what each person is working on. This causes us to have a bunch of duplicate tasks, or only one person tracking time and then editing the task later.
Projects App: Add external costs
It would be helpful if we could add external costs with a fixed price. So we would have a complete overview of all costs of a project (used time, third party costs, license costs, etc.)
Hide Revenue from employees
We would like the ability for employees to see their project budgets, but not have access to their revenue or company revenue
Analytics App: Stop generating revenue if the budget exceeds
If you set a project budget to e.g. 2,000 USD you are still able to generate more revenue by creating new time entries. In many cases the revenue of hard budgeted projects should just stop counting more revenue after reaching the budget limitation.
Analytics App: Better management of team member costs
On the cost side it should be possible to choose between emplyees and freelancers. If a user is permanent employed you enter their monthly salary and by freelancers you need to enter their hourly rates. The Analytics App should also regard on that setting and calculate the costs on that basis.
Telephony App: Allow phone calls to be assigned to a task
We regularly face the issue that clients want to see billed phone calls in combination with a specific task and not only a project. It would be great if we could also assign a task to a phone call. The phone call could then become part of the time list for that task.
