Tasks App: Better file management for projects and tasks

You should give "files" an own tab in each project and task detail view and create a beautiful overview of all uploaded files. Maybe it's also possible to build a file commenting and versioning feature.

This feature will be great! At the moment I added a new custom field, but the files preview is to small and I can't change the order of the files. To show them in a new tab will better too. Then I don't need to scroll so much, because on my small Macbook I can't see the description field.

And to link files to tasks. Files should be either uploaded exclusively to a task (screen of a bug) or be in the main folder with the possibility to link it to a task (draft of a website).
